In this beautiful arched cellar, you will find all the wine specialities of the Neuchâtel region, worldwide known wines but also names to be discovered from here and abroad.

White wine (Chasselas)
Sharp and semi-sparkling, it is the aperitif win by excellence. Its perfect with all types of fish as well as white meats.
Black Pinot (red wine)
Its fruity bouquet, well balanced, its silky tannins go wonderfully well with red meat, poultry, game as well as the cheese assortment before the dessert.

Oeil de Perdrix (partridge eye)
The result of a slightly fermented black pinot, this smooth and subtle rosy-coloured wine is unanimously appreciated by all. It is usually served with the aperitif and the first dishes.
Perdrix Blanche (white partridge)
An exclusive speciality of the Neuchâtel region. This exquisite, slightly rosy coloured wine is produced from black pinot pressed without maceration. It is usually served chilled with the aperitif.
